CK did an absolutely splendid job, turning a 90 minute job into one immaculately done in less than an hour. (I came at a time at there were no bikes around).

Second visit via appointment system, slight change in confirming appointment; must give deposit $10 via PayNow. Easy to make appointment via website and confirm it on WhatsApp. It was a last minute decision to pamper my bike and send it in for a clean wash; just in time for CNY😆.
Arrived early like two hours before my appointment and realized that the shop was having Charity Wash today. Nice music and crew are helpful and told me that I can get slot in early for my appointment if got chance.
I told the crew that I am ok to wait for my appointment and since they are having Charity Wash; I am ok to wait longer if have to.
My appointment time came and one tall guy push the bike into the shop like it was a small bike across the wet floor and over a small hump (my adventure bike weighs about 253KG). The tall guy got to be very experienced in pushing heavy/big bikes. Thank you for helping to push the bike into the shop so steadily.
After washing, the tall guy and another guy helped to push my bike out and park it outside where I can put back my side panniers and top box. They even offered to help bring the panniers over to my bike so I don’t have to walk back and forth to take.
The standard of service and cleaning/washing was as good as the first time I came here, even though today was a busy day for the shop as many bikes came for the Charity Wash. There were simple pastry, food and drinks available as well for riders who came for the Charity Wash Event.
I decided to make some donation after the payment for my bike wash was done. Appointment-based bike wash and Charity Wash donations are separated. Saw some social influencers who rides motorcycles also attended the Charity Wash as well.
TLDR: Excellent Service and Cleaning/Washing even though the crew are busy with the Charity Wash Event. Well done! Keep it up! 👍🏼
